H.L. Both bands offer emotionally intense progressive dark metal. The styles are very similar, so the three songs on this split fit well together. The opener "Silence awakened" sounds very modern and is catchy from beginning to the end. The following "Ex Cinere" is more a quiet interlude reminding me in style at AMIENSUS' "Towards Horizon" from the "Ascension" album. The final track "Leaves will grow anew" is the most epic one and it increases the anticipation for the new AMIENSUS album. Favorite track: Silence Awakened.
